Refund Policy

Last updated: September 3, 2026

We want you to be happy with your container. This policy explains when you can get your money back. In short: you can cancel any time and keep the service until your paid period ends, and if we fail to deliver what you paid for, we'll make it right.

1. Cancellation

You can cancel a Stripe subscription any time from the billing portal on your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals immediately; your container stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then enters the normal expiry flow (warning → grace period → destruction).

2. Refunds for undelivered service

If we are unable to deliver a working container within a reasonable time after your payment (for example a provisioning failure we can't fix), you can request a full refund for that period — no questions asked. Contact us through the support form and mention "refund".

3. Refunds for used service

Partially used periods are generally not refundable — you can cancel instead, which is cheaper and simpler. Exceptions are made case by case for genuine problems (extended outages, billing errors, duplicate charges). Duplicate or erroneous charges are always refunded in full.

4. Manual payments

For payments made by manual methods (bank transfer, mobile money), the same policy applies: if we cannot deliver the service, we refund; unused time after cancellation isn't refunded but isn't charged either. Refunds are processed to the account you paid from, usually within 5–10 business days.

5. Fraud & abuse

Accounts terminated for violating the acceptable-use rules in the Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds of unused time, consistent with standard hosting practice.

6. How to request a refund

Use the contact page with the subject "Refund", or email us from your account email address. Include your account email and, for Stripe payments, the charge date. We respond within 5 business days.
